Chicken on Paprika

Roasted on all sides, then smothered in chicken flavored with ground red peppers and other spices, served with a mild, pinkish sauce.

Ingredients:

4 pcs chicken portions (or boneless thighs) 1 pcs onion 60 g of fat (butter) 20 g of plain flour 1/8 l sour cream ground pepper salt water to baste meat

Procedure:

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in the melted butter until golden brown, add the ground pepper and lightly fry it
2. Salt the chicken portions, add to the onion, minced paprika and fry on both sides
3. After a while, pour hot water over the meat and simmer until tender (turn the meat while stewing)
4. Add the flour to the sour cream and whisk it well
6. Then add it to the juices from the meat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly
7. Add salt as needed

Serve with bread dumplings or cooked pasta.
