Chicken Jachnija

Chicken drumsticks or sliced eighths of a whole chicken stewed with Vegetable Recipes and spices until tender.

Ingredients:

4 pcs tomatoes 4 pcs larger potatoes 2-3 pcs garlic cloves 3 pcs mushrooms 2 pcs bean leaves 1 pcs green peppers 1 pcs green peppers 1 pc large carrots 1 pc large onions 1 tbsp minced red pepper 0.5 l chicken stock pinch of romaine pinch of cinnamon pepper oil salt 6 pcs of chicken drumsticks or a whole chicken cut into eighths

Procedure:

1. 1. Add to the meat the cleaned carrots cut into slices, the potatoes scraped and cut into eighths, the sliced, cored peppers and the mushroom slices, add the sweet ground paprika, throw in the bay leaves, season with pepper, cinnamon and cumin, pour in the broth, add salt and simmer under a lid on low heat until the potatoes are soft<
3. At this stage of the preparation, add the tomatoes cut into marigolds, sliced garlic and continue to simmer until the ingredients are nicely combined and the meat is completely soft
4. Serve the pieces of meat and Vegetable Recipes with the broth preferably in deeper bowls or plates, individual portions can be garnished with parsley.
