Chicken in spicy brine

Try a twist on the traditional drowning, in this recipe we will marinate them in a spicy hot brine.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  • Peel the turnips, cut lengthwise, insert onion rings into the notch, flatten into a jar, and garnish with onion and goat horns
