Leaf dough cakes filled with seasoned meat mixture, brushed with egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds, baked until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Moisten the breadcrumbs with cold milk
2. Clean, rinse, dry and cut the meat into smaller pieces
3. Roll out the dough on a floured roll, cut into squares, cover with the prepared filling, then fold the dough and press the edges well
5. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, place in a preheated oven at 190 °C and bake until golden brown
6. Serve warm with vegetable salad.
