Chicken Fillets with Tomato Cream

Here is the recipe for chicken fillets with tomato cream, a fragrant and easy to make dish, the recipe is for 4 parts.

Use fresh, dried or canned tomatoes depending on availability, and instead of fresh cream use cottage cheese or Skyr for more lightness.

Ingredients 4 parts:

400 g chicken fillets 100 g low-fat 15% crème fraîche (or 100 g Skyr) 6 tomatoes 1 onion 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic 1 chicken stock cube, fat free 1 tablespoon paprika 2 tablespoons thyme Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillets into pieces, then coat them well with paprika. Then fry them for about ten minutes in a pan with oil and then set aside.

Then chop the onion and garlic cloves, then fry them for 3 minutes in a pan. Add 250 ml of water, the stock cube and the crème fraîche. Then add the thyme, then season and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them with the chicken to the pan, then let it cook for 30 minutes while stirring, the tomatoes should melt.

At the end of cooking decorate with thyme or other herbs and serve these chicken fillets with tomato cream with pasta or rice.
