Chicken Fillets with Curry
Follow the recipe and make a good curry chicken fillet dish, ideally served with rice or pasta. To prepare this dish and have the minimum amount of fat possible we used fresh cheese instead of the usual cream used.
Ingredients for 4 parts:
400 g chicken breast 1 onion Garlic powder 4 tablespoons soy sauce A few sprigs of chives 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons curry powder 100 g cream cheese 0% Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces, then put them in a bowl with the soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, chives and curry powder and leave for an hour.
Cook the onion in a pan with a little olive oil, once slightly caramelized, add the chicken.
Add the cream cheese and curry powder, then add salt and pepper and mix well.
Finally, serve the curried chicken fillets with rice.
