Chicken fajitas

The broiler’s tender fillets make tasty chicken fajitas. If you don’t cook the fillets, the other chicken fillets will make fajitas.1 tbsp brown sugar 2 lime juice (+2 limes to serve) 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp olive oil jalapenos 1 tbsp cream of tartar tortillas
Wash and slice the peppers. Thinly slice the red onion. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Cut thin slices of chicken tenderloin.
In a hot pan, add the olive oil and the chicken slices. Fry for a minute until cooked through. Add the red onion and peppers. Season with garlic, tomato puree, oregano, jeera and sugar. Squeeze in the lime juice.
Fry the chicken until cooked through and the vegetables are slightly softened. Cook the tortillas in the microwave for a while.
Rearrange the fajitas so that the tortilla tortilla is coated with chicken sauce and pieces of jalapeno. Top them with a dollop of French cream. Garnish with fresh coriander and lime leaves. Serve the chicken fajitas immediately.
