Chicken cutlets baked with lentil side dish

2 pcs boneless chicken thighs 2 tbsp oil 2 pcs small carrots 1 pcs small parsley 1/2 pcs small kohlrabi 1 pcs small onion fine breadcrumbs for coating salt, freshly ground pepper, ground sweet paprika

80 g dark sauce 1 tsp honey 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp salt nut butter lysicka oil

Rinse the soy sauce and put it to boil in water. When it starts to boil, add salt, cover and cook for 20 minutes. When the sauce is semi-wet, let it drain. Drizzle the cutlets with oil and rub the spices into the goat and meat. Finally, roll the legs in fine breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken cutlets well on both sides until golden and transfer them to a roasting tin. Clean the Vegetable Recipes and cut them into small pieces. Add the onion, carrot, kohlrabi chips and parsley to the roast. Salt the Vegetable Recipes and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper..fry well, pour hot water over them

Cover the roast and put it in a heated oven for 30 minutes.

While the meat is baking, make a sauce garnish. Heat butter + oil in a pan, add honey, balsamic and fruit vinegar. Toss everything and add the pre-cooked sauce. The seasoned sauce should be lightly spicy after the honey and vinegar, enjoy it to your heart’s content. I, for example, give a little more vinegar. After 30 minutes of baking, remove the baking sheet, lift the cutlets and add the sauce and sauce to the Vegetable Recipes on the bottom.

Return the chicken cutlets back to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes. About 15 minutes before the end, I removed the foil to crisp up the cutlets.
