Chicken Curry

Chicken meat cut into cubes, roasted in hot oil together with leeks, peppers and onions, seasoned with curry, chilli, coriander and turmeric, finally covered with chicken broth and coconut milk, simmered until tender.

Ingredients:

1 kg of chicken (preferably a mixture of thigh and breast fillets) 4 pcs green peppers 3 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 1 pcs leeks 200 ml chicken stock 150 ml coconut milk 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp curry 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp of turmeric 1 tsp of chilli glutasol salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the peeled onion into small pieces, the cleaned leek into small rounds, the peppers stripped of their cores into strips
2. Then add chopped onion, leek, bell pepper, crushed garlic and fry together for a while, then season with chilli, turmeric, coriander, curry powder, pour in broth, coconut milk and simmer under a lid on low heat until tender
4. Season the soft meat and Vegetable Recipes with lemon juice, salt and a pinch of glutasol and serve.

Recommendation:

Suitable side dish is steamed rice.
