Chicken curry soup

500 g chicken breast 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 4 cloves garlic 1/2 KL grated ginger 1.5 liters chicken broth 1 KL lemon juice 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp curry pepper 1 packet Chinese noodles 1 tbsp parsley

1. In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil and after 3 minutes, add the crushed garlic and ginger. Fry everything for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Add the curry spices and after 5 minutes add the sliced chicken. Pour the broth or water over everything and reduce the heat when the soup starts to boil. 3. Cook the soup on a low heat for about 35 minutes. Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Serve with Chinese noodles, prepared according to the instructions on the package.
