1 pk chicken breast 1 pk small chopped onion peas corn 2 tsp curry soy sauce 1/2 cup water 12% cooking cream salt, pepper, oil

Quick easy and tasty lunch:
1.
Fry the onions , add the diced chicken breasts which have been marinated in curry spices and soy sauce beforehand
2.
When they are sauteed add a handful of peas, corn, salt, pepper, cover with a little water and simmer.
3.
When the meat is just done, add the cooking cream and let it boil e reduce.
4.
Can be served! Best with rice and a salad.
