An honest, strong broth is a life booster that you can rely on 100% in case of emergency. We have prepared a recipe in which classic noodles have been replaced by celestine noodles, which will fill hungry diners even better.

Procedure: Recommendation:
Wash the chicken and arrange on a baking tray, add the peeled carrots, parsley and celery, bake at 180°C until the Vegetable Recipes and meat are golden
.Put the meat and Vegetable Recipes in a saucepan, add the halved onion with the skin (only remove the top part of the skin), thyme and other spices, add 1.5-2 litres of water and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat so that the water is just slightly bubbling, cook for about 1.5 hours, skimming off the foam continuously
Strain the stock and add the carrots, celery and parsley – peeled and diced, bring to the boil and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are soft
Add the defended meat to the soup and season with salt and pepper
Whisk together all the ingredients for the Celestine noodles, gradually fry the batter in a hot buttered pan like pancakes
Slice the cooked “pancakes” into noodles about 1 x 6 cm
