Chicken breast with light peppers

Here is the recipe for chicken breast with light peppers, a very easy to make dish, ideal for a light and quick meal.

Ingredients for 4 people: – 4 points / person –

600 g chicken breast 3 red, yellow and green peppers 1 onion 300 ml broth juice of 1 lemon 3 teaspoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dried marjoram salt, pepper

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes then put them in a bowl with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, mix and let marinate.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil then fry the chopped onion.
Add the peppers cut into strips then let fry for 4 minutes.
Then add the chicken pieces and the marinade then brown them.
Pour in the stock then cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning then sprinkle with marjoram and serve.
