Chicken breast with cauliflower and Skyr
Cauliflower and Skyr Chicken Breast is a beautiful and very light recipe. We’ll use Skyr, which we don’t introduce anymore, instead of cream or white sauce to lighten up the recipe. This dish is ideal if you’re on a low-calorie diet like Weight Watchers.
It’s also a very inviting single dish that is appreciated, the chicken breast stays tender, next to the cauliflower which completes the flavor. The only caloric concession in this dish is the grated cheese that is added. If you like, you can halve the cheese dose or remove it altogether.
Ingredients 5 parts
500 g cauliflower 500 g chicken breast cut into large slices 1 tablespoon olive oil A few sprigs of chives 250 g Skyr 60 g grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves, cut it into florets and steam it in a pot with boiling salted water for 20 minutes.
Cut the chicken into pieces and brown it without oil in a non-stick pan, then season with salt and pepper.
Put the chicken and cauliflower in a lightly oiled pan, cover it with Skyr, then sprinkle with grated cheese, paprika and chives.
Put the cauliflower chicken breast and Skyr to bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° for 15 minutes before serving with a salad of raw Vegetable Recipes for example.
