Chicken Armenian style

Small pieces of meat from cooked chicken, served in a sauce of leeks, tomato puree and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

150 g of root Vegetable Recipes (celery, carrots, parsley) water salt For 300 g hen: 80 g of leek 40 g melted butter 20 g tomato paste 6 g smooth flour green parsley ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. When the hen is soft, take it out, cut it into small pieces and strain the broth
3. In the broth, boil the flour, add the tomato juice with the leek, salt, paprika and boil everything for a while
5. Pour the hot sauce over the chicken pieces, boil the dish for a while and serve.

Recommendation:

Serve the hen prepared in this way with steamed rice, boiled potatoes or fresh bread.
