Chicken and turkey paprikash with chips

1 pk chicken breast 3 pk turkey necks 1 pk onion oil salt ground black pepper ground hot pepper potatoes

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil until golden in a hot pan.

Wash and cut the chicken breast into small cubes, then season with salt and add to the sautéed onions.

Fry the meat for a while and then add the ground red chilli and ground black pepper. Stir everything together and cover with water after about 5 minutes. Add water as needed and cook the meat until tender.

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil until golden in a hot pan. Add the minced hot red pepper and stir in the turkey necks. Cover with water to cover the meat. Cook the turkey necks for about 2 – 2,5 hours.

Clean the potatoes and cut them into thicker fries and soak them in cold water. Prepare a frying pan and heat the oil. Place the fries in the pan on the hot oil and fry the fries for about 10 – 15 minutes. The fries will be golden and crispy on the surface.
