Chicken and fish sausage recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup dry white wine

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup Fish Stock or chicken broth

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, white wine, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
