Chicken and Boursin Pasta with Cookeo recipe

Here is a very good and very easy to prepare pasta dish, the chicken and Boursin pasta dish with cookeo.This dish is to be served as a starter with a small salad.
Ingredients:
400 g pasta 125 g mushrooms 125 g Boursin 400 g chicken breast 1 glass of dry white wine 1 chicken stock cube Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into pieces, then put them with the coquillettes, mushrooms and wine in the cookeo tank.
Crumble the stock cube into the tank then pour water until it covers everything, then salt and pepper.
Start the cookeo’s rapid pressure cooking for 6 minutes, at the end of the cooking add the Boursin and mix with a wooden spatula.
Finally, serve your chicken and Boursin pasta dish with hot cookeo and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
