20 g RAW BIO Chia seeds to taste fresh fruit or thawed or compote 1 dl vegetable milk to taste agave syrup in milk

This recipe is great for breakfast. It is also suitable for vegans and various intolerances 🙂 If you use compote, it’s a combination of fast and slow sugars and this dish becomes an optimal breakfast yummy 🙂
