300 g cherries 1 pk apple 20 g starch flour 3 dl water 2 dl wine 1/2 dl griotte 30 g sugar to taste juice of half a lemon
procedure
1. Pit the cherries. Core and peel the apple. Boil the cherries with the apple in water and strain. 2. Dissolve the starch meal in the water, add to the cherries, add the red wine and bring to the boil. Finally, season with griot and lemon juice. Then sweeten and leave to cool.
