Cherry Pudding

Water bath pudding cooked from buns, sugar, milk, eggs, butter and cherries.

Ingredients:

500 g of cherry 120 g of sugar 50 g butter 1/2 l milk 4 pcs jam (rolls) 3 pcs eggs pudding mold fruit juice or vanilla cream

Procedure:

1. Slice the scones, pit the cherries and sweeten with sugar
2. Butter the pudding mould well, line it with sliced buns, place the hollowed out cherries on top of the buns, then place the buns over the top of the buns again
3. Pour milk over everything, add the egg and some of the sugar

Note:

Water bath – Place the container with the pudding in a saucepan half filled with hot water, keeping it just below boiling point.
