Cherry-poppy temptation

2 pk eggs 1 cup ground poppy seeds 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup half-and-half milk 1/2 cup plain flour 1 packet baking powder 2 tbsp sour cream
Cream
1 pk sour cream 375g 1/2 cup powdered sugar 200g white chocolate 1 packet whipping cream stiffener 250 ml whipping cream
Cherry Cream
1 cup cherry compote 1 packet vanilla pudding powder 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Super quick cup cake with white chocolate!

Place all ingredients in one bowl and beat with a whisk to make a smooth batter. Bake in a cake tin for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and once it has cooled, add it to the sour cream along with the sugar.

Whipped cream can also be added to taste. Add the stiffener and pour over the baked crust.

Make a pudding from the cherry compote, add sugar and pour over the stiffened custard once it has cooled. Leave to set, preferably overnight.

For decoration, you can grate chocolate shavings on top.
