Cherry jam with umami and cinnamon

ingredients

2 kg ripe sour cherries 1 kg granulated sugar 50 ml um 1 KL ground cinnamon

Sour cherry jam with um and cinnamon is delicious:))

Wash and pit the cherries. Put them in a saucepan with the sugar, um and cinnamon. Cook, stirring constantly from boiling point for one hour. Make a density test. Put a spoonful of jam on a plate to cool.

Cook further to desired thickness as needed. Fill into warmed jars, close with lids. Turn upside down for 5 minutes. Set aside in a blanket to cool. It is delicious!!! Enjoy!
