Cherry dumplings

ingredients

300 g cottage cheese 150 g coarse flour 1 pk egg a little salt 3/4 kg cherries 80 g butter 100 g powdered sugar 80 g breadcrumbs

procedure

1. Add the flour, egg, salt to the cottage cheese and make a dough. On a floured board, roll it out, cut into squares and wrap 3 cherries in each. (Wash the cherries and let them drain.) 2. Boil in salted water, remove, mash and sprinkle with breadcrumbs fried in butter and sugar.
