Cherry Crumble
We present our low-fat recipe for making cherry crumble, a simple and delicious classic dessert made with seasonal fruit. The clafoutis is prepared without fat and sugar.
Ingredients for 8 servings:
2 SP – Green / 2 SP – Blue / 1 SP – Purple 400 g pitted cherries 150 g 0% cream cheese 50 g flour 50 g cornstarch 20 g stevia
Preparation:
Put the flour in a bowl, add the cream cheese, cornstarch and stevia then mix well until you have a sandy dough.
In a baking pan covered with parchment paper put the pitted cherries, then crumble the batter on top.
Bake the cherry crumble in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
