Cheesecakes with Smatana

Recipe originally from Russia for pancakes made with cottage cheese, flour and eggs.

Ingredients:

750 g of soft curd 80 g of coarse flour 50 g of icing sugar 2 dl of sour cream 2 pcs eggplant fine breadcrumbs toasting fat salt

Procedure:

1. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, coarse flour and eggs, lightly salt
2. Form the dough into small patties on a cutting board sprinkled with breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides in hot fat
3. Serve with sour cream.
