Cheesecake with sour cherries

Famous American cake made with cream cheese or cottage cheese and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

Crust pastry: 280 g smooth flour 200 g butter 160 g of semolina sugar 1 bag of baking powder 1 sachet of vanilla sugar 3 tablespoons cocoa 6 pieces egg yolks

Procedure:

1. Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder, add salt
2. Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the egg yolks and stir in the flour sifted with the cocoa
3. Prepare the filling; beat the cottage cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the eggs and beat, add a tablespoon of flour to the mixture, then stir in the sour cream
5. Separate some of the filling and colour with cocoa
6. Fill the body with the light filling, add the cocoa filling and cover the surface with hollowed out cherries
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 1 hour.

Recommendation:

Do not open the oven during baking, the cheesecake needs a constant temperature.
