Cheesecake with peaches

1 cup plain flour 1 pk egg 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 packet baking powder 1/2 packet baking powder 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup sugar

Cream

250 g soft cream cheese 4 tbsp granulated sugar 400 ml whipping cream 1 packet whipping cream stiffener 1 tin peach compote 1 packet clear gelatine

Mix all the ingredients for the batter and pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Mix cream cheese with sugar, add whipping cream, cream of tartar and whip thick cream .

Place the cream on the cooled cake and chill. In the meantime, slice the peaches, let them drain well and arrange the strips from the centre to the edges in the shape of a rose.

Finally, prepare the clear gelatine according to the instructions and gently brush over the fruit. Leave to cool well.
