Cheesecake with forest fruits and gelatin

a little oil 125 g sugar 1/2 dl milk 125 g semi-coarse flour a little baking powder 1/2 liter currant juice 1 packet Golden cob 250 g soft cottage cheese 120 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar forest fruits (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, currants)

Beat eggs with sugar until foamy, add milk, oil, flour and baking powder, pour into cake tin and bake the cake shell.

Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and spread the mixture on the cooled cake shell.

Place the fruit on top of the curd.

Make the gelatine. Put the currant juice (juice) on to boil, add the golden cob and cook the gelatine, stirring constantly.

Let cool for a while, stirring occasionally, and pour it over the fruit while still warm.

Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
