I’d like to introduce you to a cheesecake that even a novice homemaker can handle. Such a cheesecake should be left to stand overnight so that it has the right consistency. This means that it will be able to be cut smoothly and beautifully – it won’t fall apart. Prunes should be soft. If they are firm, cover them with boiling water and let them stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy 🙂
1.
So, to prepare cheesecake with boiled condensed milk and prunes, prepare the products according to the list of ingredients.
2.
Melt the butter with the cocoa. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, add sour cream. Mix the two mixtures and knead into a smooth dough. Put it aside and move on to the filling.
3.
In a food processor, mix all the ingredients for the filling (except the prunes). The curd should be soft. Pinch off a small piece of the pastry and set aside – cover the filling with it. Spoon most of the pastry into the tin. The sides do not need to be covered. Insert the plums. Diameter of the mould – about 18 cm.
4.
Pour in the filling and take a piece of dough that you have set aside. Grate it on a coarse grater and sprinkle over the top of the cake.
5.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
6.
Serve, taste and enjoy. Enjoy!
