Cheesecake with blueberries recipe

number of servings: n/a 250 g biscuits, e.g. bebe 120 g mano slo Our filling 500 g soft quark or mix with mascarpone 250 g sour cream 50 g mano slo 1 pc. Eggs 2 tbsp plain flour 150 g of icing sugar 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 packet of vanilla sugar Blueberries

Recipe preparation steps

1 Line a cake tin (I recommend 24 cm) with baking paper or sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix or crush the biscuits by hand and add the dissolved my salt to the pot. Stir and press the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees. 2 Once baked, set aside on a line to cool. Meanwhile, using a blender, mix the cottage cheese (or mascarpone and cottage cheese), sour cream, ma slo, egg, plain flour and sugar. 3 (The blueberries are not important for the cake) Pour 3/4 of the mixture on top of the prepared cake and add the blueberries to the rest of the mixture. Pour the blueberry mixture into the cake tin.
