2 cups semi-coarse flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 pk baking powder 1 cup milk 3/4 cup oil 1 pk vanilla sugar’ 2 pk eggs 2 tbsp cocoa 2 tbsp rum
Filling
750 g lumpy cottage cheese 2 pcs egg 1 cup milk 1 packet 1 vanilla sugar 1 cup sugar 1 packet custard powder golden cob

Juicy cheesecake. Mug – 220 ml.
1.
Cesto: Beat eggs with sugar, progressively add other ingredients. Filling.
2.
Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
3.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the dough.
4.
Sprinkle with chocolate.
5.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 deg. C for 50 minutes.
6.
Cut when cooled.
