Cheesecake from butter biscuits, filled with cream

Dough of crumbled or mixed butter biscuits and other ingredients pre-baked, filled with cream filling, baked in the oven until golden brown.

Ingredients:

For the dough: 200 g of butter biscuits 70 g of butter 30 g of sliced almonds 2 pcs of vanilla sugar 1 pk of white sugar For filling: 250 g mascarpone 100 g 100 g sugar 60 g sour cream 1 tbsp amaretto 2 pcs cooker vanilla flavoring

Procedure:

1. Crush the butter biscuits finely (you can also mix them), add softened butter cut into smaller pieces, vanilla sugar, egg whites, almond flakes and mix everything thoroughly
2. Fill the cake tin with the prepared mixture, press it thoroughly against the sides and bake the cake in the oven at 180 °C until golden brown, then let it cool on a kitchen rack
3. For the filling, whisk the beaten eggs with the sugar, then stir in the mascarpone, sour cream, whipping cream and flavour with the liqueur and vanilla bean paste
4. Pour the prepared filling on the baked body, place the cake in an oven preheated to 95 °C and bake for about 45 minutes until the filling is quite firm
5. Let the finished cake cool, cut into portions and serve decorated with fresh fruit.
