Cheesecake doughnuts

3 pcs egg 50 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 pinch salt 50 ml oil 250 g soft low-fat cottage cheese 2 tbsp rum 250 g plain flour 1 packet baking powder baking powder a little oil to fry to taste powdered sugar to sprinkle to taste cinnamon sugar to sprinkle to taste
procedure
1. Beat the eggs with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the oil and rum. Stir in cottage cheese, flour mixed with baking powder. 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wider pot. With two spoons, cut off pieces of the dough and drop them into the boiling oil. Fry the doughnuts progressively for 3-4 minutes until golden on each side. 3. Let the baked doughnuts drain on a paper towel. Sprinkle them with either powdered or cinnamon sugar.
