Cheesecake doughnuts

ingredients

1/2 kg semi-coarse flour 250 g fine cottage cheese 1,5 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp salt 2 pcs egg 1/2 cube fresh yeast 2 tbsp rum a little milk pcs oil for kneading

procedure

1.

Place all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, grind the fresh yeast, knead. (The dough should be thicker). Leave in a warm place to rise.

Place the risen dough on a board.

3.

Roll out to 1/2 cm and cut out rounds.

4.

Dip the rolls in enough oil. Make a hole in the centre of the round before placing in the oil.

After baking, place on a paper napkin.

6.

Fine and fluffy.
