Cheesecake cakes with plums

1 pk egg 75 g powdered sugar 250 g lumpy cottage cheese 6 tbsp oil 3 KL baking powder 250 g plain flour pinches salt powdered sugar for sprinkling
Filling
1 pk egg yolk 75 g powdered sugar 2 KL vanillin sugar 1 tbsp baby semolina plain flour for sprinkling slabs rum plums

Prime the plums and pour the rum over them

Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy and progressively incorporate the curd and oil. Add a pinch of salt and sifted flour mixed with baking powder.

Prepare the dough, which let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 3 mm.

Cut into 8*8cm squares, place the filling in the centre, place 2 plum halves and join the opposite points over the plums. Bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
