Cheeseburger

Grilled meat patties with a slice of cheese, served in a grilled baguette with a lettuce leaf, mayonnaise and onion rings.

Ingredients:

For a burger: 400 g ground beef 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsptomato sauce 1 pk garlic cloves ground pepper salt To finish: 4 pieces of emmental, eidam or cheddar cheese 4 piecesleaves of lettuce 4 pieces of hamburger bun, baguette or ciabatta 1 pk red onion olive oil for rubbing mayo tomatoes

Procedure:

1. Put the ground beef in a bowl, add the peeled, grated garlic clove, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire and tomato sauce, mix and season with salt and pepper to taste
2. Brush the burgers with olive oil and grill them on one side for 4 minutes, then flip them over, place a slice of cheese on top and grill for another 4 minutes
4. Brush the baguettes with olive oil and grill briefly, then brush each one with mayonnaise, top with lettuce, sliced peeled onion rings, burger and serve immediately, perhaps with ketchup.
