Cheese toast
Quarters of bread coated on one side in eggs mixed with grated cheese and on the other side smeared with mustard and sprinkled with onions, fried in a pan.

Procedure:
1. Grate the cheese and throw it into a bowl
2. Add the egg, whisk it and add a little salt
3. Dip the quartered bread slices in the cheese mixture on one side only and place them in the boiling oil on that side, then fry them on the other side
