Cheese stuffed shells recipe

This cheese stuffed shells recipe is one of our favorites! It’s easy to make and so delicious. We love to make it for special occasions or just a cozy night in.

The best part about this recipe is that it’s easily adaptable. You can use your favorite cheese, add in some veggies, or even switch up the pasta shape. We love to use shells because they’re big and easy to stuff, but you could use any type of pasta you like.

To make this recipe, you’ll need:

1 box of pasta shells
1 jar of marinara sauce
1 package of mozzarella cheese
1 package of ricotta cheese
1 egg
Parmesan cheese

Start by cooking the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

To stuff the shells, spoon the Cheese mixture into each shell. Then, pour the marinara sauce into a large baking dish and top with the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately
