Cheese soup from Holland

Soup prepared from processed cheese, ground beef, mushrooms, broth and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 500 g of melted cream cheese 400 g ground beef 400 g mushrooms 200 g melted hot cheese 2 pcs bone broth 2 pcs leeks 1.5 l water 1 tbsp oil spicy chilli sauce pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Bring the water and bouillon cubes to a boil, add the sliced cheese and cook gently until melted
2. In a tablespoon of oil, fry the meat seasoned with salt and pepper to form browned smaller lumps
3. Slice and fry the cleaned mushrooms, clean the leeks and cut them into rounds
4. Stir the meat, mushrooms and leeks into the soup with the melted cheese, add the chilli sauce and boil everything briefly.
