Cheese sauce for pasta without processed cheese

ingredients

100 g ham 100 g hard cheese 1 crucible whipping cream 1 dl milk 2 KL cornstarch

Grate the cheese, chop the ham finely. Fry the ham in a little oil or lard.

Add the hard cheese.

Pour the whipped cream over the cheese. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, the cheese will partially melt.

In a little milk, whisk starch or flour to thicken. Slowly, stirring constantly, pour into the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with pasta.
