ingredients
500 g hard cheese (eidam) 100 g butter 2 pcs hard-boiled egg 1 pcs spring onion 1 pcs diced capers salt 50 g braised ham 2 packets bambino cheese 100 g Leerdammer slices

Salty snack for a visit.
1.
Cook the hard cheese in a microtene bag. When softened, roll it into a sheet.

Mix all the other ingredients together to form a filling.

Spread the resulting stuffing on the cheese slice, then lay the ham, cheese slices. Roll up the slice and put it in the refrigerator to chill.

Serve with bread, bread rolls and sour pickles. Enjoy.
