Cheese Roll with Spinach

Slice of melted cheese filled with spinach filling and hard boiled eggs, twisted into a roll, thoroughly cooled.

Procedure:
1. First, prepare the stuffing; season the spinach with veggies and salt if necessary, simmer briefly without basting, add the gelatine swollen in 1/2 dl of water, heat but do not boil, let the mixture cool
2. Melt the cheese in a microwavable bag in boiling water or in the microwave, roll it into a pancake
3. Spread the cheese slice with the spinach filling, place the pre-cooked, peeled eggs in the centre, twist into a roll and wrap in foil, leave to cool well
4. Serve the cheese roll sliced with fresh bread
