Cheese Roll III

Slice of melted cheese filled with cottage cheese mixture, twisted into a roll, garnished with chives.

Ingredients:

300 g of idam 100 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese 50 g of butter piece of red pepper

ground sweet paprika chilli for garnish ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Beat the softened butter with the cottage cheese until creamy, season with salt, ground pepper, ground sweet paprika and then stir in the diced pepper in very small cubes 2. Put the cheese in a large microtene bag, put it in a saucepan with water, heat it over a low heat and when the cheese is soft, take it out and roll it out with a rolling pin into a rectangular slice about 3 mm thick
3. Then spread the curd mixture on the slice, wrap the longer side, wrap in foil and refrigerate until the next day
4. Before serving, slice and garnish with chives.
