Cheese Roll

From two packets of sliced cheese, ham and spicy filling prepared a tasty roll.

Ingredients:

2 packets of hard sliced cheese 150 g thinly sliced ham For filling: 120 g of butter tr>

3 pcs hard boiled eggs 2 pcs melted cheese strips 2 pcs sterilised cucumbers 1/2 pk onions 1 tbsp full fat mustard chopped green parsley ground pepper tr>

Procedure:

1. First prepare the spread; mash the loose butter with the processed cheese 2. Add finely chopped onions, cucumbers, green parsley and hard-boiled eggs
3. Season everything with salt and pepper, add another tablespoon of mustard, beat the mixture until foamy
4. Place the sliced cheese packets in a sealed container in hot water and let them soften
5. Remove the softened cheeses to the prepared roll, spread the slices into a rectangular shape and gently run a rolling pin over them to join them into one large patty
6. Spread the cheese with the prepared spread, spread the slices of ham on top of it and spread the spread again
7. Carefully roll the whole cheese rectangle into a roll, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge to harden

Recommendation:

Serve the roulade slices garnished with decoratively sliced radishes, seasoned lettuce leaves and serve with, for example, savoury rolls.
