Pirogi made of puff pastry stuffed with vegetable mixture, fish fillet and mozzarella, brushed with egg, covered with mozzarella pieces, baked until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. 1. Then remove from heat, season the mixture with salt, chilli and peeled garlic
3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured roll into a sheet, cut it into squares, divide the cooled vegetable mixture on them, add the sliced fillets and a smaller part of the sliced mozzarella
4. Fold the filled squares from one corner into patties, transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg, place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake until golden brown (about 30 minutes)

Recommendation:
Serve the pierogi warm or cold and you can also add spinach to the filling.
