Cheese Pancakes with Mustard

Fine grated cheese mixed with herbs, breadcrumbs, mustard, baking powder and eggs, seasoned, salted, fried in a frying pan or even in a classic pan in the form of pancakes.

Ingredients:

400 g of hard cheese 4 pcs eggs 4 tbsp breadcrumbs 2 tbsp full fat or Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon baking powder fresh herbs (chives, chives, parsley) frying oil pepper salt + more mustard for rubbing and onions for garnish

Procedure:

1. Grate the cheese finely, mix with eggs, mustard, chopped herbs, baking powder, breadcrumbs
2. Salt and pepper, mix and spoon into a frying pan or frying pan with hot oil, fry slowly, until golden brown on both sides

Recommendation:

Serve bread as a side dish.
