6 pcs egg 4 tbsp milk 80 g hard cheese to taste salt 60 g lard
procedure
1. Beat the eggs with the salt and milk. Pour a quarter of it into a hot greased pancake pan, sprinkle with grated cheese and, with a fork, press the eggs into the centre. 2. Fold the baked omelettes over. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad or compote.
