Cheese Naans with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for cheese naans with Thermomix, tasty Indian rolls topped with laughing cow cheese, pan-fried easy and perfect to make for a snack.

Ingredients for 6 naans:

400 g flour 100 g milk 1 egg 20 g fresh baker’s yeast 20 g soft butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 jar plain yogurt 12 servings of Laughing Cow

Preparation:

Place in the thermomix bowl, the milk and yeast then set 2 minutes at 37° on speed 2.
Add the flour, butter, yogurt, salt and egg then set 7 minutes on epi.
Form a ball of dough then place in a bowl, cover with a clean cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 12 small balls then roll each one out on a floured work surface with a rolling pin.
Then spread 2 portions of the laughing cow on top of the dough disc then place a second dough disc on top and seal the edges with your fingers.
In a non-stick pan cook each naan for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
