Cheese Muffins in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for cheese muffins in Thermomix, delicious little salty muffins, soft as you like, easy and simple to make in the thermomix and perfect to enjoy at cocktail time or for an appetizer accompanied by a salad.
Ingredients:
250 g flour 80 g diced Gruyere 80 g diced mozzarella 50 g grated Parmesan 50 ml oil 160 m milk 2 eggs 1 packet baking powder poppy seeds salt, pepper
Preparation in Thermomix:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the gruyere and mozzarella into cubes.
In the thermomix bowl put the eggs, milk and oil then mix 25 seconds at speed 3.
Add the flour, yeast, salt and pepper then mix 50 seconds at speed 4.
Then add the cheeses and mix for 25 seconds on speed 2 / reverse direction.
Divide the preparation into muffin tins and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Then bake for about 25 minutes.
